At Chole Bhature, we believe every bite should tell a story — of bold spices, sizzling pans, and the unmistakable joy of Indian street food. What began as a small passion project has grown into one of the GTA’s most loved quick-service Indian restaurant chains, serving Brampton, Mississauga, and Vaughan (with more locations coming soon!).
Our name says it all — the dish that defines India’s street-food culture: Chole Bhature. From those humble roots, we’ve built a full menu of crowd favourites — fluffy bhature, spicy chole, buttery pav bhaji, stuffed kulche, and comforting thalis — each made fresh, every single day.
We started with a simple mission — to bring the authentic taste of Indian street food to Canada without losing the soul that makes it special. Inspired by the bustling lanes of Delhi and Amritsar, we wanted to recreate that same warmth, aroma, and energy right here at home.
Every recipe on our menu has been perfected using traditional spices, slow-cooking methods, and family-style passion. What began as one small kitchen in Brampton quickly turned into a community of food lovers who couldn’t get enough of the real thing.
